All prices are in US dollars and per person unless stated otherwise. If something doesn’t fit your trip, write to us and we’ll put it together with you.
Volunteering by the week
The more weeks you stay, the less you pay for each one. Programmes start on Mondays; if you arrive on another day, we add that extra night.

The payment details reach you by email or WhatsApp once we confirm your booking.
Deposit and payments
A 10% deposit is required to confirm the booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid at least 45 days before the travel date, unless otherwise agreed and communicated in writing.
45–30 days before departure
The 10% deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments made will be fully refunded.
30–14 days before departure
50% of the total amount paid will be refunded, or the amount paid, minus the non-refundable deposit, may be used as credit for a future booking, valid for 12 months.
7 days or fewer before departure
Cancellation without a confirmed reason, or a no-show, will result in no refund.
Cancellation by the organizer
If the organizer cancels the trip, guests will be informed promptly and offered a full refund of all payments made.
